Cristy LeBlanc Rose

Cristy LeBlanc Rose, a NY native, began her fitness journey in 2014. Realizing the benefits of fitness on her health and wellness has changed her life. Over the years of training, Cristy became a highly competitive athlete competing 3 years in a row at Wodapalooza as a Master's Athlete, several years in the CF Open qualifying for the Age Group Online Qualifiers, as well as the Quarter Finals. Cristy now shares her passion for health and wellness through fitness and nutrition with the local community helping people move better and eat better. Cristy also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, exploring the desert and spending time with her family and dogs.
